Hey Team,

I will be out for the remainder of the week on the school trip for Bible Department.

This is the plan for the rest of the week.

Wednesday: Practice for everybody at 2:30 PM
-Coach K, Coach Pinder, Coach Hiteshew, and Coach Baker will be running practice. They will have the plan for the different groups. Everybody be there.

Thursday: Coach Hiteshew will be on site and so will Coach Pinder.

- I will post workouts for everybody and you are to go down to the track, highlight your name to check in, and complete your workout.



Friday: There will be no practice.


Bolles group (7 boys entered) will get out of class at 10:45 AM and will leave on bus 22 at 11:00 AM to head to Jacksonville. I will send more details out to those select few later. Coach Valente will be driving the bus.

Saturday: Due to a few different things, we would like to take our HS jumpers and throwers over to Winter Park Saturday morning to compete in the Brian Jaeger Classic. We will just be going for those select field events and then we will head home. So- Edwin, Cam, KJ, and the NTC group of throwers+Bladen, please plan on going Saturday morning.
